BookAllotz is our booking engine which you are free to use. It is a modern, flexible booking engine allowing you to do such things as load packages and add-on services. Your own website is your first distribution partner and being commission free, the one you will want to have 'last room' allotments and best rate. Allotz.com provides this functionality both to your own hotel site(s) and to all your distribution partners. No one gets more than any one else - unless they sell more. Sound fair ? BookAllotz is a free inclusion in the Allotz.com package.

INTELLIALLOTZ ®

IntelliAllotz incorporates some of the really “smart” features of Allotz.
IntelliAllotz is the yield management system, ensuring you are getting the maximum rate for your rooms depending on the real time demand. IntelliAllotz constantly monitors rooms available for sale through all your online partners. If one partner has sold his allotment, IntelliAllotz will reallocate rooms from another partner.
IntelliAllotz also assess the demand on your rooms and if certain criteria are met, IntelliAllotz will automatically raise or lower the rate according to demand and supply on a particular room being sold through a particular channel.
If you have set, contracted negotiated rates and allotments, they can be set and honoured. For all those other rooms and rates, IntelliAllotz will make sure you get the best price available.

RANKALLOTZ ®

RankAllotz is an keyword tool to help you make informed decisions on placing your online allotments. Firstly you specify search criteria, particular to your location and market (E.g. location name, accommodation name, beachfront location). RankAllotz will then search the major search engines and RANK the online partners in order of their performance for these search terms. You can now make informed decisions regarding which online partners are performing the best in the property’s region and therefore, which online partners to allocate more inventory.

MAILALLOTZ ®

MailAllotz is an invaluable tool which empowers a property to communicate with its guests before and after the booking has eventuated. MailAllotz includes a functional customer database that automatically captures the customers email details which can later be used for newsletters, specials…etc. MailAllotz can help turn your first time guest into a loyal repeat guest.. (*A small additional fee applies for MailAllotz) If you have a pre-existing CRM then this contact data can be passed to that system.

CONNECTALLOTZ ®

ConnectAllotz is a communication method (API’s Application Programming Interfaces), which sends and receives information between the hotel system and the reseller system. We base our communication Interfaces on OTA (Open Travel Alliance) compliant XML messages. This is a set of international standards established for computers to interface or communicate with each other.
