How does it work?

Once the Accommodation Provider has uploaded their room inventory into Allotz.com, the inventory is sent to resellers they have chosen to do business with. What you, as a travel agent, or reseller need to do is to write to our API - meaning that your Internet Technician will need to spend a short amount of time integrating to the Allotz.com API, which is available in 5 OTA compliant languages.

If the hotel or accommodation provider doesn’t have an account with you, we will send you their data for your approval - and you have a new client!

Allotz.com will send you available inventory only, this inventory will not be available on any other portal - which means you won’t oversell!

The Seriously Smart technology starts when you take a booking. The two-way connection means Allotz.com knows your allotments have been reduced. Our technology makes a calculation and checks whether you need more rooms to sell. It evaluates the total demand for rooms and may adjust the price up or down accordingly, depending on the market demand. If you need more rooms, Allotz.com will find available rooms and top your allocations up automatically.

This process is all automated, and neither you nor the accommodation provider needs to manage in any way. If you already have a negotiated deal with an Accommodation provider that includes a minimum number of rooms or rates, these rates and allotments can be locked in-line with your contract.

This whole process continues until every last room is sold.
