Allotz.com is a true two-way Global Inventory Distribution System that connects (with your permission) to your site and efficiently exchanges inventory data with the accommodation provider. Our patented technology dynamically manages allotments and sends you accurate, up to the second data to make sure you are always selling available rooms.

If a hotel makes a change to their property, such as taking rooms out of service or a refurbishment has added new amenities, the changes they make to their content is automatically refreshed in your system.

For a limited time, it’s a free service to get your reseller site (wholesale or retail) connected to Accommodation Providers and Hoteliers. These are customers ready to send their inventory to your site.

What’s the ongoing fee... well, there is none. We charge the Accommodation Provider a modest subscription fee. We are not associated with any hotel company or reseller in any way. We do not and will not market or sell accommodation inventory. We are the link between the hotels and their distribution aprtners.

How does it work? Once the Accommodation Provider has uploaded their room inventory into Allotz.com, the inventory is sent to resllers they want to do business with.  What you, as a travel agent or reseller need to do is write to our API - meaning your Internet technicia needs to spend 3-5 days integrating to the Allotz.com API, which we have available in 5  (OTA compliant) languages. 

If the hotel doesn't have an account with you, we will send you the Accommodation Provider’s data to you for approval and ‘hey presto’ you have a new client.

Allotz.com will send you available inventory only, this inventory will not be available on any other portal... Which means you will not oversell, doing away with oversold complaints.

Now, this is where the seriously smart part comes in. When you take a booking, the ‘two-way’ connection means Allotz.com knows your allotment has been reduced. Our patented technology does a calculation and check(s) whether you need more rooms to sell. It evaluates the total demand for rooms and may adjust the price up or down depending on the market demand. If you need more rooms, Allotz.com will find available rooms and top you up automatically’!

This is all automated, and neither you or the Accommodation Provider need to intervene in any way...

Don’t worry... If you’ve negotiated a deal with an Accommodation Provider which includes a minimum number of rooms or rates, the Accommodation Provider can lock in these rates and allotments in-line with your contract.

This whole process continues until every last room is sold.
